Maternity Leave

Maternity leave will begin Monday, November 11th. Please direct all communication regarding lessons to Abby Ray. Her email is [email protected] and her phone number is 540-798-3310. Please add her to your phone contacts!

If you have questions concerning billing, policy, or discontinuation of lessons, please contact the studio at [email protected] or 540-580-1713. Every effort will be made to answer as soon as possible!

RVMTA Fall Festival

Codington Music Studio will have 4 students participating in our local Roanoke Virginia Music Teachers Association Fall Festival on Saturday, November 16. They will be taking part in a Roanoke-wide festival with 11 other music studios and over 50 piano students. I’m so proud of their hard work and know they will do great! They will be performing 2 pieces from memory in front of 2 judges and will receive an award based on their performance.

If you or your child would like to participate in this event, there is another one scheduled on March 8th, 2025. Simply contact [email protected].

Thanksgiving Break

There will be no lessons the week of November 25th-29th. Have a wonderful holiday!

Christmas Performance

Our Christmas performance will take place at the Brandon Oaks retirement home on Tuesday, December 17th at 6:30pm. The address is 3804 Brandon Ave, Roanoke, VA 24018. All students have picked out Christmas music for it. If you do not wish for your child to participate in the performance, please email [email protected].

Students are encouraged to wear festive attire that is appropriate. The program will last approximately 45 minutes. Invite your friends and family!
