Spring Break Travels

This year, the Studio will be open for all of March. If you are traveling for Spring Break, go ahead and prepare for the lesson you’ll be missing!

Here are your options:

1. Group Makeup Lesson
2. Zoom Lesson
3. Request a pre-recorded video lesson
4. Record yourself or your child playing through their assignments and email BEFORE your designated lesson day and time. Feedback and new assignments will be provided.

*Please let the studio know ahead of time which option you would like to choose.

New Piano Teacher!

Codington Music Studio has exciting news! We are pleased to announce that we have another piano teacher joining us! Please read her bio below.

“Hello everybody! My name is Hannah Thompson and I’ve been surrounded by music for as long as I can remember. I began with violin in my formative years, switched to piano when I was eleven, and have been in love with the instrument ever since. My favorite composers are Frederic Chopin and Scott Joplin. When I’m not practicing music, I’m spending time with my family, painting, or working on my book (usually all at the same time!). I believe that playing an instrument is an incredible avenue for self-expression and I’m so excited to get to know you all and join you on your musical journeys.”

Annual Spring Recital

This year’s spring recital will take place at St. Elizabeth’s Episcopal Church on Friday, May 2nd at 6:30pm. Sign-ups are now available at https://codingtonmusicstudio.com/recital/. Further details are also on the website. Please mark your calendars for this event, as it’s our most important of the year!
